The founding team stepped into the textile industry and established Wujiang Credible Cloth Mill in Shentanggang Village, Shengze Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. With an initial investment of 7 million RMB, 100 sets of K72 shuttle looms were introduced and a 100‑member production team was formed to officially launch its textile weaving business. Supported by exquisite workmanship and reliable market credibility, the enterprise quickly gained a foothold in the fabric market and laid a solid foundation for future growth.
1997 · Factory Built in Hometown, Brand Foundation Established
Invited by local government to invest back in hometown, Jiaxing Chengheng Textile Industrial Co., Ltd. was officially founded and settled in Tianle Industrial Park, Wangjiangjing Town, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City. 100 sets of Taiwan Yunchun water‑jet looms were imported to embark on standardized and branded development. Focusing on grey fabric and finished fabric for fashion wear, the enterprise gradually expanded into core domestic fabric markets.
2000 · Technological Innovation, Production Capacity Upgrade
The enterprise took the lead in promoting equipment and technological innovation by adding 150 sets of Tsudakoma air‑jet looms to replace traditional weaving equipment. Fabric weaving precision and production efficiency were greatly improved, bringing production craftsmanship to advanced industry standards and realizing the first leap‑forward growth in overall production capacity.
2003 · Improved Supporting Facilities, Full‑chain Production
Continuously making up for weaknesses in the production industrial chain, the enterprise added pre‑process supporting equipment such as warping machines and sizing machines for daily mass production. Large‑scale comprehensive equipment renewal was completed with outdated equipment phased out. 298 sets of Tsudakoma 910 air‑jet looms and 198 sets of Tsudakoma 810 air‑jet looms were imported.
